Waiting for the rain

When you own a farm, sometimes you pray it rains just to you have less watering to do tomorrow.

We should probably setup that drip system tho.

I work on a farm now.

We’re having salad with our dinner. A decent chunk of said salad came from this farm. Fresh. Organic. Nutritious.

Those words mean something to me now.

I got too ambitious with the pork shoulder I was making and burnt it after 6 hours in the oven. 250 Fahrenheit in the oven.

Broiled it on high for 10 minutes.

Don’t get cocky, kids. But above that, don’t be stupid.
